I own a surveying company. I have for many years. My son Alcide introduced me to this contraption so I am not sure what I am doing.
He says I should list my interests. Well, I like to work hard and play even harder, especially when that work takes me to the Bayou Casinos and the tables. I love to shoot dice and play cards. I am trying to get into this poker phenomenon, but too many sissy college boys get in the way of the serious gambling man. Craps is a good, solid game of chance.
Alcide hates that I play so hard sometimes, but hell, if a man can’t spend his money what can he do? I’m not taking it with me. Anyway, I’m just a man trying to make the deals to give his family everything he didn’t have. I didn’t have money growing up, so sometimes a man likes to take his excess to play a bit, I just have to get it back when I lose too much.
I wish my son Alcide would stop hanging around with girls he can’t have a future with. He needs to settle down with a real Were woman and have some little ones, keep the Herveaux name in check. We have to keep this business in the family.
